Storage and transfer of petroleum products
The group holding company, Jinghang Energy Group Dalian Storage & Transportation Co., Ltd., was established in 2005 with a registered capital of 27 million yuan. Its primary business activities include wholesale and retail distribution of refined petroleum products, warehousing and transshipment services, and the supply of fuel oil to domestic vessels. The company also provides ship agency, freight forwarding, and equipment leasing services. Located in the western part of Dalian Zhongliang Beiliang Port—the largest grain distribution hub in Northeast China—the company occupies an area of over 30,000 square meters and has a total storage capacity of 37,200 cubic meters. It is one of the largest and most technologically advanced transshipment bases for marine fuel oil and refined petroleum products in the Dalian region. The company offers customers round-the-clock, uninterrupted services—including terminal loading and unloading,
warehousing and transshipment, land transportation, and oil product testing—available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its annual storage and transshipment capacity for various petroleum products reaches one million tons. Specifically, its terminal loading and unloading operations rely on the reliable berth at the Dalian Port Petrochemical Oil Products Terminal, capable of accommodating oil tankers up to 100,000 deadweight tons. The warehousing and transshipment business boasts an annual capacity of over 600,000 tons. For land transportation, the company operates its own railway trestle and 40 railcar loading/unloading positions, enabling it to simultaneously load and unload up to 20 railcars. Additionally, the company’s dedicated vehicle loading and unloading platform facilitates road transportation of oil tankers.
