Che Yanlong

He has 12 years of experience in logistics work and has previously held positions such as Logistics Manager at Dalian Asia Air Shipping Fuel Co., Ltd.; Logistics Manager at Jinghang Energy Group Co., Ltd.; and General Manager of Jinghang Energy (Hainan) Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Comprehensive Department at Jinghang Energy Group Dalian Storage & Transportation Co., Ltd., where he is responsible for the company’s logistics support, vehicle management, and organization of meetings and events.

Yan Chenghui

Production Department Manager, Dalian Storage and Transportation Company

Male, born in 1968, holds a secondary vocational education qualification and is a mid-level technician. He previously served as the team leader of the fitter crew at Dalian Steel Plant. He also worked in the oil products handling area of Dalian Port. In December 2006, he was transferred to Dalian Beiliang Ship Fuel Supply Co., Ltd., where he held positions including dispatcher, metering supervisor, production supervisor, deputy head of the production department, and head of the safety and environmental protection engineering department. Currently, he serves as the head of the production department at Dalian Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. of Jinghang Energy Group, responsible for production operations and coordinating on-site work of vehicles operating within the port.

Zhang Zhigang

Security Department Head, Dalian Storage and Transportation Company

Male, born in 1982, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a bachelor’s degree. He previously served in a retired cadres’ residence in Dalian under the Shenyang Air Force Command and in a certain unit of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force. During his military service, he held positions including deputy squad leader, squad leader, and acting platoon leader. After retiring from military service, he served as Administrative Director at Dalian Asia Airlines Marine Fuel Co., Ltd.; Acting Head and then Head of the General Department at Dalian Beiliang Marine Fuel Supply Co., Ltd.; and Head of the General Department at Jinghang Energy Group Dalian Storage & Transportation Co., Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Security Department at Jinghang Energy Group Dalian Storage & Transportation Co., Ltd., responsible for managing the company’s tidal flats and shoreline areas, overseeing vehicle and personnel registration, and managing agricultural and sideline production activities.

Zhou Jiangzheng
