Zhoushan Shipping Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned company of the group, was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It is a petroleum product transportation service company approved by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China with waterway transportation business qualifications. Dangerous chemicals business, petroleum and chemical product sales, ship management and cargo transportation agency mainly provide customers with services such as ship refueling in the Bohai Bay area, and ship transportation of petroleum products along the domestic coast and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The total capacity of the company's waterway petroleum products transportation capacity is 22,000 tons, including 3 transport ships, namely "AirAsia 006" (7417DWT), "AirAsia 009" (3166DWT), and "Jinghang Energy 9" (9000DWT). There are 2 refueling ships, namely "Jinghang Energy 01" (872DWT) and "Jinghang Energy 02" (874DWT). At present, the annual offshore oil product transportation and refueling business capacity has reached 450,000 tons and 30,000 tons, respectively, and it cooperates with China National Petroleum Corporation, China Marine Fuel Co., Ltd., Sinochem Corporation, and COSCO Shipping Oil Transportation Co. , China National Aviation Fuel Group Co., Ltd. and other companies have established long-term and stable cooperative relations and have a good corporate reputation in the shipping industry.
