Recently, Gao Yuliang, Chairman of Jinghang Group, conducted on-site inspections at several renovation project sites within the Storage and Transportation Company. He gained a detailed understanding of the progress of these projects, accurately identified key construction challenges, and provided strong impetus for the high-quality advancement of each renovation project.

First, Mr. Gao visited the site of the pavement hardening and perimeter wall construction project. He carefully inspected the masonry work on the walls and emphasized that, as an important barrier for safety protection, the perimeter wall must possess sufficient strength and durability, and construction quality must be rigorously controlled. Afterwards, Mr. Gao went to the newly constructed rest area for vehicle drivers and the staff smoking room. He particularly stressed that the driver’s rest area must be equipped with both water and electricity connections, ensuring that tanker truck drivers and escorts enjoy convenient conditions during their work at our company, thereby fully demonstrating the company’s people-oriented philosophy and its commitment to providing humanized services.
Among the series of renovation projects undertaken by the storage and transportation company, the construction of a garden-style oil depot is undoubtedly the most closely watched initiative. In the former cherry orchard area, a lush green lawn has now been laid out. General Manager Gao pointed out that the construction of a garden-style oil depot should not only focus on vegetation coverage and aesthetics but also place great importance on biodiversity and ecological sustainability. By carefully selecting and combining various types of flowers, plants, and trees, we can create an ecologically vibrant park that offers scenic views throughout all four seasons.
The railway operations area was the final stop on this inspection tour. Currently, the renovation work on the newly added railway lines, railway loading and unloading docks, and shelters in this area has just begun, while geological surveys and the removal of railway track stones have already been completed. At the site, General Manager Gao listened carefully to the report from the General Manager of the Storage and Transportation Company regarding project planning, construction progress, and the challenges being faced. He emphasized the need to arrange the construction sequence rationally, implement thorough safety measures at the site, and ensure the personal safety of construction workers.

During the inspection, General Gao also emphasized the importance of humanities-based publicity work. He proposed creating a military-style humanities publicity atmosphere throughout the railway operation areas and across the entire company—highlighting the company’s discipline, spirit of teamwork, and commitment to hard work and striving forward, thereby inspiring employees’ enthusiasm for their work and sense of responsibility.
This inspection provided valuable guidance and clear direction for advancing various projects. All departments of the Storage and Transportation Company stated that they will earnestly implement the Chairman’s requirements, approaching the renovation projects with greater enthusiasm and a more rigorous attitude to ensure that each project is completed on time and to a high quality, thereby injecting new vitality into the Group’s development.
