To strengthen the training of prospective Party members and further enhance their understanding of the Party’s fundamental theoretical principles, the Party Working Committee of Xinghaiwan Subdistrict organized a special Party class focused on learning the Party’s basic knowledge. Two prospective Party members from the Party branch of Jinghang Group participated in this activity.
During the activity, the Party Working Committee of Xinghaiwan Subdistrict organized a visit to the Dalian City Museum for us. Throughout the tour, we gained a deeper understanding of revolutionary history, traced the footsteps of great figures, and strengthened our Party spirit.
What impressed me most during the training was Comrade Lan Guobao, an elderly veteran Party member and grassroots lecturer at Xinghai Square. At the age of 80, he continues to passionately and enthusiastically share the history of the Party with us from the front lines. He said that attending Party classes is the first—and absolutely essential—step toward joining the Communist Party of China. He hopes that in our future studies and work, we will be diligent and rigorous, and always keep firmly in mind the Party’s nature and its guiding principles.
In class, we studied the century-long history of the Party’s struggle and gained valuable experience. We must uphold the Party’s leadership, study the General Program of the Party Constitution, and firmly hold onto our ideals and convictions. We should also learn from the Party’s great founding spirit and the oath taken upon joining the Party, thereby strengthening our spiritual motivation to strive for the Party. The exemplary figures of those times inspire admiration and touch our hearts. They consistently put people first, willingly endure hardship, display impeccable conduct, and remain proactive and enterprising—demonstrating through their concrete actions the outstanding qualities of Communist Party members: loyalty, dedication to duty, and fearlessness in the face of sacrifice. We not only need to learn from their courageous and resolute spirit of forging ahead and rising to challenges, but also from their noble character of being kind-hearted, generous, and selflessly devoted. Through their stories, I’ve come to realize that only by cultivating a deep sense of love for both the Party and our country can we truly achieve national rejuvenation and build a strong nation.
This Party class has been immensely beneficial to me, giving me a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the Party. As a result, my determination to join the Communist Party of China has become even stronger. To join this great and glorious collective, I will study Party-related knowledge more actively, continuously enhance my political awareness, constantly measure myself against the standards expected of Party members, and hold myself to the Party’s requirements. Only in this way can I qualify to join this honorable organization.
